I wasn’t totally sure what to expect when my Timbuk2 order arrived, but it was packed well. The box felt sturdy, and the bag wasn’t squished or bent out of shape or anything. There wasn’t a bunch of extra packing to deal with either, just enough to keep it protected. Overall, I’m happy with how it showed up.

The stitching is clean and it’s holding up well so far. I’m still a little suspicious it might start coming apart after more use, but for now it seems fine

The backpacks and messenger bags especially have that city/work vibe without looking like they’re trying too hard. My only thing is that a few of the color combos are a bit plain for my taste. Also, after I paid, I felt a little unsure for a bit because the confirmation and updates didn’t make me feel totally confident right away. Everything ended up being fine, but that moment after checkout made me a little distrustful. Overall, still a solid 4 stars.

The filters kept resetting, a few pages loaded slowly on my phone, and checkout felt a little clunky. I almost gave up before placing my order, which is a shame because the products themselves seem great

It protects my phone well overall, but I still get nervous about the corners sometimes. To be fair, I bought it right after I’d already had a bad drop, so maybe the timing just made me extra paranoid.

I don’t remember exactly when I bought it, but after a few months I noticed the stitching starting to fray. It still works fine for what I need, so I’m not too upset about it, but I do wish it had held up a little better.

The zipper sticks here and there, which is a little annoying, but the bag still does what I need. It’s one of those things where it’s not perfect, but it works fine.

I’ve been using my timbuk2 bag for my daily rides to work and it’s been great. It sits comfortably on my back, it doesn’t swing around while I’m riding, and the pockets are easy to reach when I stop. The rain cover came in really handy last week too. I can fit my laptop, lock, a change of clothes, and snacks in it without the bag feeling bulky. Happy with it so far.
